Eighth meeting April 22nd 1870

 

Preamble

Full house, both Brunners and Mond present at this meeting at Mr Carey's. Of interest is the presence of Ferdinand Hurter (1844-1898). I have yet to decipher his pseudonym! One can almost imagine the meeting taking place in German, as both Brunners spoke German as most probably did Muspratt.
